An Expectant Pause: Live Sound Anchor with Andy Mort – A Free 30-Minute Event

Andy Mort is a Slow Coach for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), host of the Gentle Rebel podcast, and creator of The Haven – a virtual village for HSPs to find connection, relaxation, and restoration.

Inside The Haven community for HSPs, you will find different spaces for learning and connection, including a Library, Harbour, Fireside, Cafe, Courtyard, and Theatre.

The 30-minute live Sound Anchor Session takes place inside The Harbour.

About The Live Sound Anchor Session with Andy Mort

Twice a month in the Haven Community, Andy Mort hosts a 30-minute live session where he plays a carefully created Soundscape.

The Soundscape Session happens inside The Haven Harbour, features different themes, and is free to attend for everyone – not just those in the community.

What to Expect in the Live Session

If you’re wondering what to expect in this live event with Andy Mort, below are three things:

— A 30-minute session hosted live on Zoom.

— Space to quietly pause and connect with where and how you are

— A soundscape, which will play for about 20-25 minutes

The soundscape is a mixture of reflective words upon a piece of my ambient music. You might want to bring something to write on in case anything comes up that you want to record for later. Or you can just come and sink into the sounds.
