Her journey began in 2016 when she decided to take control of the anxiety and panic disorder that had shaped her life since childhood. She realised much of her anxiety and overwhelm stemmed from being highly sensitive.
Through years of self-discovery and professional development, Kate Carter has learned to transform sensitivity into a powerful strength—and she’s passionate about helping other HSPs and introverts do the same.
Her mission is to create a supportive space where you can embrace your natural gifts, manage overwhelm, and lead authentically.
