Ilse Sand is a speaker, author, and psychotherapist specializing in treating Highly Sensitive People (HSPs). She has authored ten self-help books, including Highly Sensitive People in an Insensitive World – now translated into more than 24 languages. 

Before becoming an HSP therapist, Ilse Sand worked as a parish pastor for eleven years. During this time, she felt called to help people at a deeper level and decided to pursue a career in Psychotherapy. 

Ilse now has a private practice in Jutland, Denmark, where she offers courses, lectures, psychotherapy, supervision, and counselling services to Highly Sensitive People (HSPs).
