William Allen is a certified hypnotist, brain training coach, author, and advocate for Highly Sensitive Men.

He believes that male sensitivity is not so rare, but can be confounding for most males living in a culture of masculine insensitivity which teaches boys and men to disconnect from their feelings and emotions.

He has authored two books on High Sensitivity in men, including Confessions of a Sensitive Man and On Being a Sensitive Man.

Through his blog, The Sensitive Man, and a weekly newsletter, William Allen chronicles his journey as a Highly Sensitive Man and shares insights on the best ways to navigate life’s challenges as an HSP male.

He is also the creator and facilitator of HSP Men’s Group – a virtual monthly meetup for Highly Sensitive Men to discuss relatable issues.

William Allen has appeared as a guest speaker on various podcasts discussing the HSP trait in men and Sensitive Men Rising – the documentary.
