Authentic Relating and Empowerment (ARE) for HSPs is a comprehensive group coaching program designed to help you heal and thrive as a Highly Sensitive Person.
The 9-week group program is taught by Matt Landsiedel, a relationship coach specializing in Highly Sensitive People, Gay Men, and Empaths.
It follows 5 key principles to help you learn how to heal your relationship with yourself to feel empowered in your relationships with others.
