Soulful Journal Therapy: Healing your Mother Wound – a Warrior Reminder’s Event

This 90-minute event is a therapeutic journaling session that helps you confront and process your mother wound, providing tools and guidance for self-discovery.
It explores the patterns and emotional impact, and how we can begin the process of healing, liberating ourselves, and managing our present relationships with them through journaling.
What to Expect at the Event:
- Journaling exercises, and moments of stillness for a deeper connection with your inner child
- Group sharing space for participants to share their thoughts and perspective
What You Will Need:
- A journal or notebook
- A pen
- Comfort items such as a blanket, tissues, and water (optional)
Whether you are new to journaling or experienced, all are welcome to this space for vulnerability and open dialogue around the difficult emotions tied to the mother wound.
