About Embodiment 101, In-Person Workshop
Embodiment 101 is a series of classes by Dr. Katie T. Larson that helps Highly Sensitive People and Empaths get out of their heads and into their bodies.
It helps you learn how to feel your body’s cues, listen to your intuitive somatic awareness, enjoy the unique abilities your body has and trust yourself to use them.
During the class and with a killer playlist, Dr. Katie guides attendees through embodied practices such as:
- Somatic Awareness: Understanding where your emotions “live” in your body.
- Non-linear movement: Feeling into the areas of our body that need attention, discern what they need, and give it!
- Dance: Moving your body to a beat and following a natural rhythm inside of you
- Linear Movement: Using 2D and 3D exercises to increase coordination and strength
Get Out of Your Head Outcomes
After each Get Out of Your Head Embodiment session, you can expect to feel the following:
